The integration of digital, network and communication technologies has brought new challenges lo the CATV industry and. at the same time, the environment of the operation of network services inside and outside the CATV industry is turbulent and changing. The author is concerned about and studies these changes by sharp eyes and through wide thinking and, based on a deep analysis of CATV technical characteristics and inside and outside environment of development, puts forward some tactics of CATV network against challenges.
