摘要
针对现有材料试验机上普遍采用的传统应变测量方法存在的不足,设计了利用CCD摄像机单目视觉非接触测量材料应变量的方法。该方法在试件上打上王字标记,通过该标记变形时的比例关系测得应变量。其测量精度已达到应用要求。
The method of measuring metallic strain using CCD camera based on monocular vision, which solved the problems existing in traditional measurement methods, was presented in this paper. By marking Chinese character "王" on the sample, the strain value could be obtained according to the proportion relationship between the sample and it's image. The measuring precision came up to the standard required.
