摘要
介绍了轧制过程中常用的有限元模拟方法,并利用So lidW orks及其有限元插件CO SM O S对外螺纹斜轧机轧辊进行了有限元分析,得到了不同轧辊辊形在工作时最大应力的分布规律,为轧辊的优化设计提供了可靠依据。
The finite element simulation used on the process of rolling was presented in this paper. By analyzing the external screw slant roller with SolidWorks and COSMOS, the distribution of maximal stress in different shapes rollers was obtained. It provided a reliable foundation for the optimized design of roller.
