表面金属化的碳纤维是最好的电磁干扰(EM I)屏蔽填充物。介绍了碳纤维化学镀的前处理工艺及化学镀工艺流程,该法获得的碳纤维镀层均匀、致密、结合力好。
The surface metalized carbon fibre is the best electromagnetic interference screening material. The process of electroless plating on surface of carbon fibre was introduced. The nickel deposit of carbon fibre obtained by this method is uniform, compact, adhesive.
