摘要
论述了洗油分离时,按1.4∶1比例加入不同的共沸剂(乙二醇、乙醇胺、二甘醇、庚烷-乙醇胺)进行分离提纯对提纯纯度及提纯效率的影响。研究发现:用乙二醇和乙醇胺作为共沸剂时效果比较好,用约24块塔板的精馏柱精馏时纯度可以达到84.8%,而且提纯物杂质的种类比较少;二甘醇和庚烷-乙醇胺作为共沸剂时,效果不好,产物纯度大约70%,且产物中杂质种类也比较多。
Tbe paper reported the effects of azeotrope formers on purity and efficiency when A, B, diethylene glycol, heptaneethanolamine were added into the washing oil at the ratio of 1.4:1. It was found that the result of A and B using as azeotrope former was better than that of diethylene glycol and heptane-ethanolamine. The purity reached about 84% and the categories of impurity was few. But the purity using diethylene glycol and heptane-ethanolamine was about 70% and the categories of impurity were more.
