摘要
对叶菜采后品质、蒸腾、呼吸特点与内源总抗氧化活性方面的生理变化规律进行论述,介绍了影响叶菜采后贮藏寿命的主要内、外在因素。在此基础上阐述了目前叶菜类几种常见有效的贮藏保鲜技术,并分别进行比较与分析其可能存在的问题与解决方法。
Leafy vegetables have unique physiological characteristic after harvest, this paper expounds the regular physiology changes in internal and external quality, postharvest transpiration, respiration characteristic and endogenous total anti-oxidant change of activation of leafy wgetables, introduce several main internal and external factors which influence shelf-life of pestharvest leafy vegetables, based on this, explains the common valid technology and research progress of storage in leafy vegetables at prescott, compares and analyses separately , also pushes into its possible problems and existing solutions.
