摘要
电子束焊接具有极好的深焊特性早已为焊接工程人员所共知,因而在工业部门获得了广泛的应用。然而,国内在这方面的研究工作与国外有较大的差距。大功率焊几乎空白,小功率焊机的深焊能力只达到国际先进水平的50%左右。为了推动国内电子束焊机向大型构件制造的方向发展,本文从焊接动态过程的分析入手,综合出了一系列已经被国外采用或在实验中取得良好效果的提高电子束深焊能力的工艺方法,作为国内同行的参考。
Welding engineers have known early that the deep penetration is one of the advantages of electron beem welding technology which, as a result, have been applied widely in industries in recent decades.It's, however, a long way to go in home to reach the aforesaid technology level as the penetration depth in ours is just 50% of that of the same beam power in the developed countrles.The paper advanced many technological methods which have been adopted and got good experimental results by the foreign countries on improving the ability of deep penetration just as the reference for Chinese research fellows with respect to the analysis of dynamical process during welding.
