用电微机管理信息系统的设计与应用

DESIGN AND APPLICATION OF COMPUTER INFORMATION SYSTEM FOR DEMAND SIDE MANAGEMENT

介绍了对用电管理信息实现计算机处理的必要性，给出一个用电微机管理信息系统的总体设计方法和总体数据结构，列出了主要的功能模块，并给出了网络环境的规划方案和数据库的共享设计，同时讨论了系统的安全性和可靠性。

In this paper,the necessity of computerization for demand side management (DSM) is presented,and a general design method and data structure is given. The main functional module are listed. The design scheme of network and database sharing are also presented. At last, safety and reliability of the system are discussed.
