摘要
概述了CPCA科学技术委员会(CPCA-STC)筹备会的情况,并指出：通过CPCA-STC 的开展活动,必将提高我国PCB工业内的管理人员、工程技术人员、企业和行业等的整体素质与水平,加速我国PCB工业从生产加工大国向生产强国发展的历史性进步也具有重要而深远的意义。
This paper describes the situation of preparatory committee for CPCA-STC, It points out that the level of the managers, engineers, enterpries and industries will be improved, It also speedup our PCB industry from PCB productional country to PCB scientific country.
