摘要
分析了双玻璃晒架系统所具有的优越性能,通过大量实验,得出了所设计的双玻璃晒架系统能够实现底片吸附功能,而且重复对位精度达到±12.5μm,最后展望了双玻璃晒架的美好前景。
The advantages of glass-glass- frames are analyzed. The glass-glass -frames with the function oftbe negative absorption are designed and a conclusion that the repeatable positioning accuracy is ＋ 12.5μm can be drawn after carrying out a lot of experiments. The great prospects of glass-glass- frames are forecasted in the final section.
