摘要
概述了PCB铜蚀刻废液的传统治理方法并对其防治效果进行了分析。此外,介绍了一种新型治理技术——铜蚀刻废液的循环再生技术。
In the paper, the traditional treatment methods of copper spent etchants are discussed and the prevention effect of that is analyzed. Besides, recycling and regeneration technology of copper spent etchants is recommended. That is a newly-treating method.
