摘要 研制和开发原料来源于天然或改性多糖甙的油田化学品是绿色油田化学品的重要发展方向,它们在采油、钻井和储运工作液体系中的应用已初步取得了成效。开发出了以国产树胶为原料的天然杂多糖甙绿色钻井液处理剂,该杂多糖甙处理剂比同多糖甙具有更多重要的功能和更高的抗温抗盐极限。室内试验结果表明,杂多糖甙处理剂SJ-4具有较强的抑制性和分子聚集成膜性,在水和岩石矿物颗粒之间的表面张力和界面张力低,加量为 2%-4%即可基本满足水基钻井液抑制性和润滑性的要求;与其它处理剂的配伍性良好;杂聚糖大分子呈线型,使其在水基钻井液中表现出一定的增粘性;环多羟基分子结构单元使其具有良好的抑制水合物结垢作用,从而表现出一定的抗冻性;在各种条件下的生物降解性较高,可直接排放。江苏油田通过2年的现场应用,建立了天然杂多糖甙基绿色钻井液及其相关应用工艺,取得了良好的环境效益、经济效益和社会效益。 Study and development of heteropolyglycoside products for oilfield use is a right and important o rientation of green oilfield chemistry. These products have been already broadly used in oilfield production, drilling and crude oil transportation and storage operations. Based on the lab research work, Jiangsu Oilfield conducted a series of rig-site applications on heteropolyglycoside drilling fluid chemical additives manufactured from home procured natural resins. Heteropolyglycoside SJ-4 is characterized by its strong capacity of membrane-forming and low surface and interface tension between water and reservoir rocks, good viscosity enhancing effect, water scale inhibiting ability and compatibility with other drilling fluid chemicals. It preserves its effects at low temperature below zero and can be degraded and safely and directly discharged to the environment.
