军队士兵16PF测验结果引发的对国内常模现实参照性思考

Discussion of application of 16PF Norm in China based on the results of the tests on soldiers

目的:探讨军队基层兵员人格特质,为塑造当代军人健康人格特质提供依据。方法:以某舟桥部队兵员为对象,以Raymond B.Cattell 16项个性因素测评量表(16PF)为工具,测评结果与辽宁省1981年成人常模、男大学生常规进行总体均值差异显著性检验。结果:样本群体除B因素外,其余15项人格因素均与成人常模有显著性差异,与大学生常模的两样本均值差异性检验9项因素具有显著差异。结论:现行国内16PF常模对现阶段青年、青年群体,尤其是特种兵军人群体的参照性值得商榷,现时的建模问题,应引起心理学界尤其是军队心理学专家的关注。

Objective： To investigate the personality factors, psychological health and affecting factors of grass - roots of soldiers in the army and to probe into a way to figure appropriately personality of modern Chinese soldiers. Methods： The soldiers from an engineering brigade were selected as the investigated subjects and they were asked to fulfill the Raymond 13. Cattell＇s 16 Personality Factor（16PF） questionnaire. The questionnaire results were compared with that of Adults＇ Norm and male undergraduate＇s norm of Liaoning province obtained in 1981. Results： 15 personality factors of the subjects were significantly different from those of the Adults＇ Norm except for the factor B. 9 factors of the subjects were significantly different from those of the undergraduate norm. Conclusion： The Chinese 16PF Adults＇ Norm and male undergraduate＇s norm can not be used to evaluate the army soldiers and the establishment of Chinese soldier norm is necessary.
