摘要
随着信息化建设在CRM系统中的迅速发展,数据量的急剧膨胀,如何将计算机获得的海量信息进行有效的组织和利用,将其用于决策就变成一个紧迫的问题。本文对利用数据挖掘技术建立CRM系统中的决策分析系统进行了理论研究和实际应用,包括数据仓库的建立和组织,联机分析(OLAP)和数据挖掘(DM)。
With the rapid development of the informatization construction in CRM system and the drastic increment of data amount , it becomes a crucial problem how to effectively organize and utilize the mass information and to use them on the decision system. Several theoretic and practical problems are analyzed using data mining technique to build the decision analysis system of the CRM system, including the creation and organization of data wearhouse, OLAP and DM.
