“十五”期间投资率和消费率的运行趋势分析

Tendency of the Rate of Investment and Consumption during the period of the 10th Five-Year Plan

本文通过国际和国内不同时期投资率与消费率的运行轨迹的比较分析,得出我国“十五”期间投资率最高、消费率最低的结论。作者分析了这一经济现象的成因及危害,并就如何解决这一问题,提出了政策建议。本文发表在“十五”规划结束,“十一五”规划推出的背景下是很有意义的。

Through the analysis on the situation of the different periods inward and out ward, the author draw a conclusion that the rate of investment is the highest and that of consumption if lowest. Then, he analyzes the cause and its negative influences of this phenomenon and puts forward his suggestions for solving this problem.
