文学理论:“跨文化”抑或“跨文学”?——关于文学理论的境况态势与发育路向的反思

"Cross-cultural Studies of Literary Theory" or "Cross-literary studies of Cultural Theory": On the Disciplinary Construction of Literary Theory

文学理论向何处去?文学理论在新的文化语境中的生存方式与发育方向,作为文学理论学科建设与深化的一个迫切命题,已成为目前仍在文学理论园地耕耘的学者们不得不正视的一个重要议题。作为一门人文学科的文学学,应积极涵养“复调意识”,力求在开放与对话中有所推进;而处于学术生态失衡状态之中的当代中国文学理论,应大力加强文学理论核心命题的研究,力求在深度开采中有所建构。质言之,既追求思想视野的开阔,又追求学术定位的明确,针对我们自己的问题,在开放中有所恪守,在对话中有所建构——应是我们深化文学理论学科建设的一个基本追求。

The scholars, who are open--minded as will feel no reluctance to move out constantly from well as with wide-ranging eye--sight, the monophonic theoretical framework of this or that country or region, or from the given dualistic thinking patterns, without demolishing their own cultural identity and the literary＇s autonomy. This requires critical and thorough studies on the developmental status of literary theory, as well as systematical ordering of the major contributions to, or their major limitations in, the studies in literary ontology, of various kinds of literary theories occurred in the developmental process of literary theory. Generally speaking, to be creative while adhering to one＇s own identity and the literary＇s autonomy, is supposed to be our substantial attitude in contributing to the disciplinary construction of the literary theory.
