摘要
对几种交联剂在家具革水性顶涂中的应用进行了研究。选用家具革常用的单一聚氨酯顶涂树脂,选择4种不同的交联剂即:氮丙啶类、聚异氰酸酯类、碳化亚胺类、环氧化合物类交联剂,并变换各个交联剂的用量、陈化温度、交联时间等应用条件,考察它们对成革耐干擦、耐湿擦、耐汗擦、耐汽油擦等物性的影响。
The effect of crosslinkers used in water- based top coat systems of furniture upholstery leather is studied. Acommon polyurethane binder is selected as the single top coating resin, Four kinds of cro^slinkers：aziridine, polyisocyanate, carbodiimine, Epoxide crosslinkers are investigated in the selected polyurethane dispersion. The quantity of the crosslinkers, the cmsslinking temperature, crosslinking time are evaluated by testing the mb fastness of dry, wet, sweat, and petrol.
