皮革废水中三价铬吸附菌种的筛选及选育 被引量:8

摘要 从某污水处理中心二次沉淀池中分离出了4株耐三价铬的细菌菌株和5株耐三价铬的真菌菌株,对这9株菌株的耐三价铬性能及吸附三价铬的性能做了初步试验,结果表明:编号为ChrB4的真菌吸附三价铬的性能最好。在诱变的基础上,对其进行了吸附三价铬条件的优化。结果表明:在温度30℃、pH6·0左右、时间72h的条件下,吸附率最大,最高吸附率可达29·1%。 Four bacterial strains and five fungi strains were screened from secondary settling tank of a wastewater treatment center. The capability of endurance and absorption to trivalent chromium was tested. The results indicated that the fungus named ChrB4 bad good performance to absorb trivalent chromium. Fungus named ChrB4 - 4 obtained by UV mutation showed superiority to absorb trivalent chromium. The results showed that ChrB4 - 4 had the highest absorbing rate (29.1% ) at temperature 30℃, pH6.0, time 72h.
