活性炭吸附脱色法测定深色革样中的Cr(Ⅵ)含量 被引量:2

摘要 探讨了用活性炭吸附时,被吸附的六价铬离子的量与混合液pH之间的关系。试验表明:当混合液的pH超过11·0时,活性炭将很少甚至不再吸附六价铬离子。因此,检测深色革样中的六价铬离子浓度时,可以在混合液的pH大于11·0的情况下,采用活性炭对革样萃取液进行多次吸附脱色处理,达到完全去除革样本身颜色的目的,而不会引起六价铬离子含量的变化,这样就可以准确测出革样中六价铬离子的含量。 The relationship between the pH of the mixture and the Cr( Ⅵ ) quantity adsorbed by active carbon is discussed. The results indicate that little or even no Cr( Ⅵ ) may be adsorbed by active carbon when the pH of the mixture is higher than 11.0. A precise method to detect the Cr( Ⅵ ) amount in deep color leather sample may'be found accordingly. Therefore, before the amount of sexivalent chromium ion(Cr( Ⅵ ) in the mixture is detected, the pH of the mixture should be adjusted to a value that is higher than 11.0. And then, active carbon is used to de-color the solution repeatedly until the dyestuff is adsorbed thoroughly. The amount of sexivalent chromium ion (Cr( Ⅵ ) ) in the extraction mixture may be detected precisely and without any influence of dyestuff.
