摘要
介绍了锦化化工(集团)有限责任公司树脂厂采用膜分离技术回收VCM精馏尾气的情况,阐述了气体膜分离技术的原理,并对该技术的各项工艺参数进行了优化、调试,总结出一套最佳控制方案,彻底解决了循环气在系统中的累积、膜组件传递动力等工艺参数影响膜分离效果的问题,可使精馏尾气中的VCM、C2H2回收率达到95%、85%以上,回收VCM 303 t/a、C2H289 t/a,获经济效益202万元/a。
It is introduced that the resin plant of Jinhua Chemical Industry (Group) Co., Ltd. has adopted the membrane separation technique to recover the tail gases from VCM refining. The principle of gas membrane separating technique is expounded. During the operation of the plant, each process parameter of the technique was optimixzed and debugged, a set of optimum scheme was summerized, and the accumulation of recycling gas in the system and such process parameters as combined membrane parts transfer force influencing the membrane separation effect were completely solved the recovery of VCM and C2H2 in the tail gases could be more than 95% and 85% respectively,and 303 t/a VCM and 89 t/a C2H2 could be recovered, that means 2.02 million ¥ RMB/a economic benefit can be acheived.
