摘要
选择脱乙酰度90%以上,粘均分子量4.5×10^5-5.0×10^5(占60%)与1.0×10^5~1.5×10^5(占40%)组合的壳聚糖原料,采用5%壳聚糖溶解于6%柠檬酸溶液可获得淡黄色透明壳聚糖溶液,与氨基硅微乳复配制得了一种高效的壳聚糖抗菌整理剂。结果表明,经这种整理剂整理的棉织物洗涤30次后,对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌仍保持较高的抗菌性。
The blended chitosan with a deacetylation degree over 90%, a viscosity-average molecular weight from 4.5 10^5 to 5.0 × 10^5 , amounted for 60% of the total weight, and a viscosity-average molecular weight from 1.0 × 10^5 to 1.5 × 10^5 , accounted for 40% was used. An effective chitosan antimicrobial agent was made from amino-organic-silicon micro-emulsion, evenly blended with 5% chitosan dissolved in 6% citric acid solution. Results show that the cotton fabrics treated with this agent exhibit good antimicrobial properties against staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli after 30 laundering cycles.
