摘要
简要介绍了建筑供应链的特点,在此基础上分析了供应链管理成功的几个主要因素,浅析了我国建筑供应链管理现状,并根据现状提出了一些改进建议。
This paper firstly explains the characteristics of the construction supply chain, then analysizes the main factors of successful supply chains management. The paper also analysizes the situation of supply chain management in China and gives advices accordingly.
