摘要
在线路上加装串联补偿电容器，缩短系统间电气距离阻抗，是提高系统输送稳定极限的一种有效手段，在计算分析了黑龙江省东部电网内加装串补电容器后，对提高东部电网输电能力的效果以及所带来的影响提出有益的建议。
It is a kind of effective method to improve stability limit by installingSCC and shorting the distance of power resistance bctween systems. After the cal-culation and analysis of installing SCC in Heilongjiang eastern power netwoik, abenefitial suggestion is given for the effect and its consequence of increasing trans-portation Power capability in eastern power network.
