摘要
介绍了光电编码器和高速计数模块的工作原理及硬件连接,并详细论述了基于高速计数模块的光电编码器在翻车机控制系统中的具体应用。通过对拨车机行走位置的检测,实现了对整个翻车机系统的精确控制,大大提高了系统的自动化程度。
The principles of the photoelectric encoder and high speed counter and their connection are presented in this paper, meanwhile the specific application of the photoelectric encoder in the whole system is introduced detailedly. Therefore, it can reliably realize the precise controlling of the system by detecting the position of the positioner, and also can highly improve the level of automation of the total system.
