摘要
儒家管理思想重视伦理道德,讲究人际关系,以人为本。本文试着将这种管理模式用于图书馆管理中,相信会给图书馆发展带来良机。
Confucianist management ideas pay attention to ethics, focuses on interpersonal relationship, and treats people as vital factor. The paper tries to put this managing mode into the library management; and believes that it will bring a good opportrinity to library development.
