摘要 介绍了肿瘤血管生成的过程、特点、调控因素及其与肿瘤转移的关系,简要综述了抗血管生成的临床应用。 The process, characteristics and controlling factors of tumor angiogenesis and its correlation between cancerometastasis are introduced. The clinical application of antiangiogenesis is briefly reviewed.
