藏药川西小黄菊中黄酮类成分的分离与结构鉴定 被引量:22

摘要 目的 对匹菊属藏药川西小黄菊Pyrethrum tatsienense中黄酮类活性成分进行分离纯化和结构鉴定。方法 利用普通硅胶柱色谱和制备薄层色谱等方法进行分离、纯化,并经超导核磁共振(NMR)、高分辨质谱(HRESIMS)等现代波谱技术鉴定其结构。结果 从川西小黄菊的95%乙醇提取物中获得7个黄酮类的化合物,其结构被确定为:洋芹素(Ⅰ)、芫花素(Ⅱ)、木犀草素(Ⅲ)、苜蓿素(Ⅳ)、4′-甲氧基一苜蓿素(Ⅴ)、木犀草素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(Ⅵ)、苜蓿素-4′-O-(β-愈创木基甘油基)-7--O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(Ⅶ)。结论 化合物Ⅰ~Ⅶ为首次从该植物中获得,大量黄酮类成分很可能为川西小黄菊的主要活性成分。 Objective To isolate and identify the flavoneids from the whole plant of Phrethrum tatsienense which has been used as tranditonal herbal medicine in the treatment of some diseases. Methods The flavonoids were isolated by column chromatography and their structures were elucidated through spectroscopic analysis (NMR). Results Seven flavonoids were isolated and identified as apingenin ( Ⅰ ), genkwanin (Ⅱ), luteolin (Ⅲ), tricin (Ⅳ), 4′-methoxyctricin (Ⅴ), luteolin-7-O-β-D-glucosides (Ⅵ), and tricin--4′-O-(β-guaiacylglyceryl)-7-O-β-D-glucosides (Ⅶ). Conclusion All these compounds are obtained from P. tatsienense for the first time and the flavonoids should be the important bioactive constituents in P. tatsienense.
