摘要
提出了一种基于最优潮流且计及负荷静态电压特性的实时定价模型并讨论了负荷模型对交易的影响。采用原–对偶路径内点法对模型进行求解,因为特定的负荷模型对应着最优潮流计算中特定的雅可比矩阵的结构和信息,所以负荷模型对节点边际电价、节点阻塞电价及市场利益分配结果均有重要影响,基于K-T一阶最优性条件定义了能够综合评估负荷需求、报价和负荷静态电压特性对交易产生影响的灵敏度指标。IEEE30节点算例表明了本文所提出的模型和指标的可行性和合理性。
A spot pricing model based on Optimal Power Flow (OPF) considering load static voltage characteristic is proposed and the impacts of load model on transaction results is researched, and the primal-dual interior method is adopted to solve the proposed model. The specified load model corresponds to specially appointed structure and information of Jacobian matrix in OPF calculation, so the load model greatly impacts the location marginal price, nodal congestion price and the dispensation result of the benefit from market. On the basis of Kuhn-Tucker (K-T) first order optimal condition, the sensitivity index that can comprehensively evaluate the influence of load demand, pricing and static load characteristic on transaction is defined. Numeral example of IEEE 30-bus system shows that the proposed model and index are feasible and reasonable.
