摘要
文章对对甲苯磺酸催化戊二酸和甲醇的反应合成戊二酸二甲酯进行了研究,探讨并找到了最佳的反应条件,收率达到94.5%。最佳条件为:以环己烷为带水剂,醇酸摩尔比为10∶1,催化剂用量戊二酸的质量百分比为20%,在回流状态下反应3h。
The esterification reaction between glutaric acid and methanol with p-Toluene sulphonic acid as catalyst is studied. The optimum reaction conditions in 94.5% yield were as following: the molar ratio of alcohol to acid is 10: 1, amount of catalyst used 20% by weight of the glutaric acid, the reaction time is 3h under refluxing using cyclohexane as azeotropic solvent.
