摘要
氟嘧黄隆是一种苯磺酰脲类除草剂,具有高效、低残留、选择性高的优点。文章就氟嘧黄隆的合成路线进行了研究,以硝酸胍、丙二酸二乙酯和糖精为起始原料,经5步反应以31.2%的总收率合成了氟嘧黄隆。合成的氟嘧黄隆对玉米田杂草具有很高的除草活性。
Fluoropyrimidinesulfuron is a phenylsulfonylurea herbicide, It has the profits of high efficacy, low residues, good selectivity. This paper study the synthetic route of fluoropyrimidinesulfuron, fluoropyrimidinesulfuron was synthesized from nitrateguanidine, dietyl malonate and sugar as starting reagent, which was subjected to five- step reaction, and with a total yield of 32.1%. Syntheticfluoropyrimidinesulfuron has high activity on corn weeds.
