摘要
[目的]研究狂犬病疫苗对接种者的狂犬病毒细胞免疫作用。[方法]接种狂犬病疫苗者在注射完狂犬病疫苗后15天作狂犬病毒抗体和淋巴细胞转化率检测。[结果]接种狂犬病疫苗者的总淋巴细胞转化率、自发淋巴细胞转化率、狂犬病毒淋巴细胞转化率和特异性淋巴细胞转化率的均数分别为83.99%、8.93%、15.06%和6.13%,抗体阳性组和抗体阴性组的狂犬病毒淋巴细胞转化率、特异性淋巴细胞转化率的差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]接种狂犬病疫苗后,73.08%的狂犬病毒抗体阳性者产生了细胞免疫应答,狂犬病毒抗体阴性者对狂犬病毒无特异性细胞免疫力。
[Objective]To study the cellular immunity to rabies of the persons vaccinated with rabies vaccine. [Methods] Testing the antibody and the percent of transformed lymphocyte (PTL) to rabies of the persons vaccinated rabies vaccine after 15 days. [Results]Of the persons vaccinated with rabies vaccine,the mean PTL, spontaneous PTL, rabies virus PTL and the particular rabies virus PTL were 83.99%, 8.93%, 15.06% and 6. 13% respectively. The discrepancy of rabies virus PTL and particular PTL between the positive antibody group and the negative antibody group bad great significance ( P 〈0.01 ). [Conclusion]Of the persons whose rabies antibody was positive after vaccinated with rabies vaccine, 73.08 % persons produced particular cellular immunity. But the persons whose tables antibody was negative did not produce the particular cellular immunity.
