摘要
[目的]了解初中教师的心理健康状况。[方法]2003年,选取济宁市城乡部分初中学校,采用90项症状核查表(SCL-90),对280名教师进行调查。[结果]调查教师280人,除人际敏感因子外,其余8个因子均分均高于全国常模(P<0.01)。教师有中度以上心理卫生问题的检出率为13.2%,主要心理卫生问题为人际敏感、强迫、抑郁、敌对、偏执。SCL-90总分与各因子均分,男女教师的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),有轻度及以下压力感受者(7.5%)高于有中度以上压力感受者(17.4%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]相当部分初中教师存在心理卫生问题,压力是导致教师出现心理卫生问题的重要原因之一。
[Objective]To explore the condition of mental health in middle school, teachers. [Methods]Symptom check list(SCL-90) questionnaire was used to analyzed 280 teachers of middle school in town and countryside of Jining city. [Resuits]The total score and the scores of all the factors except interpersonal sensitivity factor were significantly higher than Chinese norms ( P 〈0.05). The prevalence of moderate severe psycho-problems was 13.2%. Main psychological problems were interpersonal sensitivity, compulsion, depression, hostile, paranoia and so on. The total score and the scores of all the factors was no significant difference between male and female, teachers( P 〉0.05). The teachers under low pressure had lower SCL-90 score and lower prevalence of psycho-problem (7. 5%) than those under moderate and high pressure,whose prevalence of psycho-problem was 17.4%( P 〈0. 01). [Conclusion]Many middle school teachers had psychological problems. Pressure played an important role in it.
