2001~2005年普宁市2家大型纺织制衣厂工人血压检测分析

Anaylsis of Blood Pressure on 2 Large-scale Textile and Dress Factory Workers from 2001 to 2005 in Puning

[目的]探讨纺织噪声对工人高血压发病的影响。[方法]在普宁市2家大型纺织制衣厂从新建成投产至今连续5年对同一人群进行跟踪调查。[结果]上岗前暴露组(1 265人)、对照组(936人)临界高血压患病率分别为4.03%和3.95%,高血压患病率分别为5.30%和5.34%(P>0.05)。暴露组接触噪声1年、2年,临界高血压患病率分别为6.08%、7.19%,对照组分别为4.17%、4.49%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。接触噪声3年,临界高血压与高血压患病率暴露组为6.72%、8.22%,对照组为4.38%、5.98%;接触噪声4年,临界高血压与高血压患病率暴露组分别为6.56%、9.09%,对照组分别为4.59%、6.09%,暴露组均高于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]长期接触高强度噪声对纺织作业人员的血压升高有一定作用。

[Objeetive]To study the effects of t.extile niose on Hypertension come on. [Methods]To investigated the same crowd on 2 large-scale textile and dress factory of Puning city from set up to now and continuously 5 years. [Results] 1 265 exposeds and 936 controls before work,the borderline hypertension prevalence rate to distinguish to 4.03% and 3. 95%, the hypertension prevalence rate to distinguish to 5.30% and 5.34% （ P 〉0.05 ）. Exposed group of contact niose for one year,two years,the borderline hypertension prevalence rate to distinguish to 6.08% ,7.19%, the control group is 4.17% ,4.49% ,It had significant change when compared with the controls（ P 〈0.05, P 〈0.01 ）. Get in touch with the niose for three years,the borderline hypertension and hypertension prevalence rate exposed group as 6. 72%, 8. 22%, the control group is 4.38% ,5.98%. Get in touch with the niose for four years,the borderline hypertension and hypertension prevalence rate exposed group as 6.56%, 9.09%, the control group is 4.59%, 6. 09%, exposed group all high in control group（ P〈0. 05}. [Conclusion]The textile workers blood pressure were able elevated to gets in touch with niose of the high strength and over a long period of times.
