邓氏冠心胶囊治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛随机对照临床研究

Randomized Control Clinical Study on Deng's Guanxin Capsule for Treatment of Stable Angina Pectoris of Coronary Heart Disease

目的:观察邓铁涛教授经验方邓氏冠心胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛气虚痰瘀型的临床疗效。方法:选择符合WHO标准,至少有4个月以上典型劳力型心绞痛患者90例,随机分为3组,分别用邓氏冠心胶囊、消心痛及复方丹参滴丸治疗,疗程6个月。观察对心绞痛症状、生活质量等的影响。结果:3组均能显著改善心绞痛症状、硝酸甘油停减率、心电图疗效及动态心电图疗效,但试验组的硝酸甘油停减率及中医证候疗效尤为显著,且在改善患者生活质量方面更优。结论:邓氏冠心胶囊是治疗冠心病心绞痛气虚痰瘀型的有效中成药,能减少心绞痛的发作,改善患者生活质量。

Objective：To observe therapeutic effect of Prof. Deng Tietao＇s empirical prescription Deng＇s Guanxin Capsule on angina pectoris of coronary heart disease of qi-deficiency and phlegm stasis type. Methods： 90 cases of typical angina pectoris of labor type for at least over 4 months confirmed by WHO criteria were randomly divided into 3 groups. They were respectively treated with Deng＇s Guanxin Capsule,isosorbide dinitrate,and Compound Danshen Diwan for 6 months. The therapeutic effect on angina pectoris,quality of life and others were observed. Results：Angina pectoris symptom, the withdrawing and reducing rate of nitroglycerin, therapeutic effects for electrocardiogram and dynamic eleetrocardiogram improved significantly in the 3 groups, but the effects for the withdrawing and reducing rate of nitroglycerin and improvement of TCM syndromes were obvious. Quality of life improved remarkably in the Guanxin Capsule treatment group. Conchsion： Deng＇s Guanxin Capsule is an effective Chinese patent medicine for angina pectoris of coronary heart disease of qi-deficiency and phlegm stasis type. It can reduee onset of angina pectoris and improve quality of life of the patient.
