中国医学科学院阜外心血管病医院心血管病研究所中心实验室是根据院所发展目标和科研体制改革方案而建立的,它是以分子生物学研究为基点,为全院提供实验场所和技术支持的服务指导型科室。本文就如何坚持以人为本,构建科学化、制度化的和谐的现代实验室,并将如何进行规范化管理进行了初步的探讨。

The central laboratory, Cardiovascular Institute and Fu Wai Hospital, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences, is constructed on the base of the development aim and scientific research system innovation project of our hospital. As a platform of service and guidance, the central laboratory will offer the places to do experiment and provide the technical support for the whole hospi/zl from the basic point of the molecular biology research. In this article, we discussed how to construct a scientific and harmony modern laboratory with the humanist idea. How to run a standardization management will be also discussed.
