摘要
综述了近年来高频用软磁铁氧体材料Co2Z的研究进展,着重探讨了低温烧结和掺杂改性,并指出经过掺杂改性后的可低温烧结软磁铁氧体材料Co2Z在制造高频多层片式电感(MLCI)与吉赫兹频段抗电磁干扰元件(EMI)中具有很好的应用前景。
The developing process of Co2Z-type planar hexaferrite materials in hyper-frequency range is reviewed, the effect of dopants on property is discussed. The result shows that the Co2Z-type hexaferrite sintered at low temperature is a promising material for high frequency multilayer chip inductors as well as the application in electromagnetic interference protection components for GHz frequency range.
