摘要
高氮奥氏体不锈钢是一类具有优良力学性能和抗腐蚀性能的合金结构钢,适当含量的固溶氮是这种钢具备优异性能的前提条件。高氮奥氏体不锈钢能否在工程上得以广泛应用在很大程度上取决于焊后接头性能,为了获得与母材力学性能和抗腐蚀性能相匹配的熔焊接头,焊缝氮含量及氮存在形式的控制至关重要。对熔焊时焊缝氮含量的影响因素进行了阐述,以期为这种钢的焊接加工以及焊接材料的研制开发等相关研究提供一定的借鉴。
High nitrogen content austenltie stainless steel is a kind of structural steel with a combination of good mechanical and corrosion resistant properties; proper content of nitrogen in solution state is the prerequisite for excellent properties. A wider application of high nitrogen steel relys on the properties of the weld joint. To get a weld ment in parity with the base metal with regard to mechanical and corrosion prosperities, in fusion welding process, it is important to control the nitrogen content and its state. This article expounds the factors influencing the weld nitrogen content, aiming to provide some information on the welding of the steel and the research and development of welding materials.
