摘要 回转水纺丝工艺可以把熔融金属直接纺成圆截面的细丝,具有许多传统拉丝工艺所不具备的优点。对纺丝过程中射流运动和凝固的相关工艺问题进行了总结,并对其研究与应用现状进行了评述。 In-rotating-water-spinning (IRWS) process is used to produce thin wires with cross-sections straight from molten state, offering many advantages compared with the conventional wire-drawing process. The issues of IRWS process relating to the behavior and solidification of molten jet are summarized in this paper. The state of research and application concerning IRWS process is also presented.
