摘要
系统地研究了齐大山露天铁矿295B电铲的作业时间、故障时间、等车时间和纯等车时间。得出了它们的固有可用度和实际可用度,分析出了影响各电铲实际可用度的因素,同时得出电铲的作业时间和故障时间服从威尔布分布,等车时间和纯等车时间服从对数正态分布这一规律。
Based on the systematic study of the operation time, malfunction time, truck waiting time and pure truck waiting time of 295B electric shovels in Qidashan Open-pit Iron Mine, their inherent availability and real availability were deduced. Through the analysis of the factors influencing the real availability of each shovel, it was concluded that the operation time and the malfunction time of the shovels obey the rule of Weibull distribution while the truck waiting time and pure truck waiting time obey the law of normal distribution of logarithm.
