摘要
采用A lC l3改性膨润土制备含苯酚废水吸附剂。研究了A lC l3投加量、焙烧温度对吸附剂性能的影响,探讨了改性膨润土用量、接触时间、溶液pH、改性膨润土投加方式等对改性膨润土吸附苯酚的影响。结果表明,经过改性和450℃焙烧的改性膨润土对苯酚的去除效果优于原土和活性炭,在原水苯酚浓度为200 mg/L、pH=8.5、接触时间为30 m in、改性膨润土投加量为4 g/L时,对苯酚的去除率可以达到92.2%;采用分批投药的方式,苯酚去除率可达99.7%。
AlCl3 modified bentonite was used to prepare absorbent for phenol in wastewater. The effect of AlCl3 dosage and roasting temperature on the absorption ability were studied and the effect of the dosage of modified bentonite, contact time, pH value of solution and addition mode of modified bentonite on the absorption of modified bentonite for phenol discussed. The results show that the bentonite modified and roasted at 450 ℃ has a better effect of removing phenol than the unmodified bentonite and active carbon. The phenol removal rate reached 92.2% at a phenol concentration of 200 mg/ L in the wastewater, pH value of 8.5, contact time of 30 rain and dosage of modified bentonite of 4 g/L, and even reached 99.7% when batch addition was adopted.
