摘要
试图运用QFD提供的分析方法来说明提高课程教学质量的途径。结合具体一个实践性较强的教学过程对质量屋的概念、各种参数和相关矩阵的含义及设置都做了详细的说明。这虽然是一种初步尝试,但可以为如何提高教学质量的研究提供新的方法。
QFD （Quality Function Deployment ） is a new theory and method on management. This article tries to clarify the way which can promote the quality of practical course using these analytic theory provided by QFD. Through a real process, the conception of ＂quality house＂, the meanings of various parameters and interrelated matrix as well as options were also explained properly. The analysis is beneficial in providing a new way, through which a better education quality can finally be achieved.
