随着知识经济的发展和经济全球化进程的不断加快,知识产权的地位、作用日益凸现。近年来我国知识产权侵犯案例呈明显的上升趋势。为此,我们必须加强知识产权理论与实践相结合的研究,加强网络知识产权方面的研究,建立一套完整实用的法律法规体系,重点拓宽我国知识产权知识的普及、推广和宣传渠道,提高公众的知识产权保护意识。

With the development of the knowledge economy and the quickening economic globalization process, the position and the function of the intellectual property fights are catching more and more eyes. In recent years, the cases of intellectual property rights infringement are increasing obviously in our country. For this mason, we must strengthen the research which combines the intellectual property rights theory with practice, enhance the research of the network intellectual property right, set up a set of intact and practical laws systems, put emphasis upon widening the popularization of the intellectual property rights, enhance the public protection consciousness of intellectual property rights.
