通过分析2000～2003年《吉林大学学报（医学版）》影响因子、总被引频次和基金论文比的变化，提出提高期刊学术质量，扩大期刊影响范围的措施。

Through analyzing the changes of impact factor, total cited frequency and rate of articles with foundation of 《Journal of Jilin University： Medicine Edition》 in 2002 ～ 2003, the paper proposes some measures to promote the academic quality and expand the influence scope of the journal.
