摘要
作者在传统的焦炭火焰反射炉基础上,加强了绝热,增设了烟囱、汽化室、二次通风口等,设计成了一种新型的速熔省能焦炭火焰反射炉。经使用证明:与原炉相比,不但熔化速度加快了10~15分钟,而且还省能15%~20%。
Based on the traditional charcoal flame air furnace,the authors lay much emphasis on the heatproof, increasing chimneys, vapour carburetter and twice input of draught. Thus, a new type of fast-melt, energy-saving charcoal flame air furnace comes into being. The results show,that compared with the traditional ones, the new one costs ten to fifteen minutes less in melting and saves energy by about fifteen percent to twenty percent.
