毕业设计的督导工作

Supervisory Work in Graduation Project

本文从工科院校学生毕业设计的重要意义、主要内容和目的要求出发，探讨毕业实习、毕业设计的指导、答辩及其督导工作的基本准则。搞好毕业设计的关键在管理，应该根据大纲的目的要求，提出目标管理，拟定质量保证、质量检测以及相应的评估指标。

Aiming at the great significance,the main contents and purposes of students' graduation project in some engineering institutes, the author here discusses over the basic rules of graduation project and its fieldwork instruction as well as of its reply and of supervisory work. The paper also points out the key to graduation project is management,that is: to put forward target management and work out a list of quality standard and its inspection approach with relevant evaluation target.
