摘要
结合工作实践中所发现的计量装置存在的问题和隐患,提出了改造、消除缺陷的办法及防范措施。首先应加强人员培训,同时应合理配置计量装置,增强计量装置功能,改进抄表机和电力负荷管理系统。
It＇s found that there are some problems and hidden trouble in measuring units combined with work practice. The paper brings out some methods and guarding measures to remake or eliminate flaws.Above all personnel trainment is indispensible, At the same time, it should distribute units rationally and strengthen its function to better metering and load management system.
