加味四逆散治疗溃疡性结肠炎肝郁模型大鼠疗效观察 被引量:3

摘要 [目的]观察加味四逆散对溃疡性结肠炎(UC)肝郁模型大鼠的治疗效果。[方法]采用免疫法及束缚法的复合因素制作UC肝郁大鼠模型,检测加味四逆散各剂量组与模型组整体状态、病理形态学以及髓过氧化物酶(MPO)活性。[结果]加味四逆散各剂量组肉眼观察肠管黏膜皱襞纹理清晰,少见或无糜烂,未见溃疡;镜下见黏膜上皮及腺管排列整齐,极向明显,杯状细胞丰富,间质充血水肿不明显,基本形态与正常组相似;MPO活性明显降低,与模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),其中各项指标以加味四逆散中剂量组效果最佳。[结论]加味四逆散对UC肝郁模型大鼠具有显著的修复溃疡及抗炎作用。 [Objective] To observe the effect of variant Sinisan (VS) on ulcerative colitis of liw er depress type rat model. [Methods] Rat model of ulcerative colitis of liver depress type was made by the methods of ties and immunity. The whole condition, pathomorphism and the myeloperoxiase (MPO) activity were observed in all groups. [Results] The intestinal mucosa folds were clear, with few or no erosion, no ulcer in groups of VS. Under the microscope, epithelium muco- sae and cryptae lined up in order with obvious polus, and cup-shaped cell was abundant, mesenchyma engorged and dropsy unconspicuous in groups of VS, which are similar to the normal group. MPO activity decreased obviously, which was significant comparing with model group (P〈0.01). The effect of the middle dosage group of VS was better than that of other groups. [Conclusion]VS has conspicuous effect on the recovery of tissue anabrotic and inflammatory in ulcerative colitis of liver depress type rat model.
