潘托拉唑加丽珠胃三联治疗难治性胃幽门螺杆菌感染40例

摘要 [目的]观察潘托拉唑加丽珠胃三联治疗难治性胃幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染的疗效。[方法]80例经一线治疗失败的Hp感染患者,随机分为2组,治疗组予潘托拉唑加丽珠胃三联治疗,对照组予奥美拉唑、灭滴灵及克拉霉素治疗。[结果]治疗组Hp根除率为95.0%,对照组为51.4%,P<0.05。治疗组不良反应显著优于对照组。[结论]潘托拉唑加丽珠胃三联治疗难治性Hp感染疗效确切,不良反应少。
