乳腺癌患者头发元素分析

An Analysis of Elements in Hair from Patients with Mammary Cancer

应用装有ＥＰＭ－８１０Ｑ电子探针的扫描分析电镜，对３０例乳腺癌患者作了单根头发中镁、铝、镉、钙、铬、铁、铜、锌、铅、硒、锰１１种元素分析，并与健康组进行比较。结果表明：乳腺癌组缺铝，镁、硒元素明显低于正常人，差异有显著性（Ｐ＜０．０５）。

The elements Mg,Al,Ca,Cr,Fe,Cu,Zn,Cd,Ph,Se and Mn in the single hair from 30 cases of patients with mammary cancer were analysed by scanning electronmicroscopy equiped with EPM-810 Q electron probe.The result showed that the hair of the mammary cancer group lacked Al and Mg,Se amounts were much lower than that of hair in control group.Their difference was obvious(P<0.01),the authors consider that the changes of these trace elements in hair have some affect on the pathogenesis and may be used in diagnosis of mammary cancers.
