摘要
用２，４－吡啶－间苯二胺（ＰＡＲ）柱后衍生液相色谱法分析了自来水中痕量Ｃｕ２＋和Ｚｎ２＋，回收率良好。
The trace Cu2+ and Zn2+ in tap water were determined by HPLC with Dionexe CS 5 column and eluent of 0. 05 mol/L oxalic acid and 0. 095 mol/L LiOH, post-column derivative agent of 0. 001 mol/L PAR and 0.3 mol/L NH3· H2O and 20μL injection volume. The conditions of determination were investigated.
